Job Description The Product Implementation Manager is a member of a dynamic team focused on implementation activities for broker and technology vendor Medicare multi-carrier digital platforms. Acts as the lead for management of implementation plans to execute product strategy flawlessly in collaboration with cross-functional business partners. Serves as SME for technical aspects of implementations and represents the Digital Web Team during requirement sessions, troubleshoots complex issues and executes special projects including ideation to improve operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications Maintain advanced understanding of Aetna/Medicare business unit strategy, customers, healthcare, and regulatory environment, as well as product vision/strategy, product components, and Aetna systems. Convert product strategy into high level implementation plan. Solve customer needs, create robust high-level business requirements, and deliver on product vision/strategy taking into account linkages between systems, technical/systems implications, and anticipating changes/resolving barriers.
Responsibilities may include managing cross-functional project plan development and execution, understanding technical aspects and details of execution, developing BNA(s), SME for technical aspects, representing segment during internal and external implementation planning sessions, and troubleshooting complex issues.
Articulate product and technical strategy to key business partners during product development and requirement sessions. Ensure traceability to BNA and alignment with product vision. Elevate risks, communicate dependencies, and recommend alternative solutions in timely manner that allows for mitigation and/or strategic reaction.
Work effectively across business areas by building and leveraging strong relationships. Identify and mobilize cross-functional support required to achieve business objectives, including areas of tactical and strategic support. Effectively manage multiple competing products/projects with effective prioritization and eye for detail. Product management responsibilities may include management of exception process, execution of product refreshes or product compliance, updating and review of marketing materials, fielding of product questions, pulling of product data, and being SMEs on product support systems and flows.
Take full accountability for end result, serve as product expert, and leverage all resources available to achieve objectives. This position is not responsible for direct employees but may occasionally oversee and mentor contractors or junior members of the team. You will be responsible for interfacing and communicating directly with Senior Managers from all different areas of the company.

Preferred Qualifications 5+ years related cross-functional, project management, account management or digital experience.

Education BA or equivalentÍ¾ typically advanced degree.
