As the Associate Director/Director, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), you will be in charge of developing, implementing and driving our DE&I strategy aligned with our business strategy across the entire fresh organization globally. In this highly visible role with direct communication and interaction with the CEO and Global Executive Team, you will be a trusted partner to our people managers, DE&I Council, Senior Leadership, and our employees in our HQ/Global Team as well as in all our markets (17 + Travel Retail) and provide strategic and day-to-day leadership on all global diversity and inclusion policies, programs, and practices at fresh.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Development, the Associate Director/Director, will ensure DE&I is embedded as a core value of our company culture, strategy and operations that fosters community and empowers employees to advocate for policy changes at the organization.
Oversee and ensure the successful design, implementation and management of DE&I Strategies and Action Plans
Co-lead the roll-out of the 3-year D,E&I Strategy in partnership with the Executive Team and the fresh DE&I Council
Provide support and guidance to DE&I Sponsors, Council members and Taskforces supporting DE&I actions to empower and strengthen our internal communities
Recognize and respond to regional, and local cultural sensitives and conscious inclusion needs to design and deliver a global plan that is adapted to the regional markets
Develop and plan annual Trainings and Events from ideation to execution, owning logistics including budgets and communications
Liaise with the VP of D,E&I for LVMH on Group initiatives
Be a strong voice for diversity and inclusion across multiple stakeholders, partnering effectively and regularly with internal partners such as Marketing, Operations, Ecommerce, Retail, etc.
Partner with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Communications to support diversity outreach and talent pipelines in the community to increase the diversity of our employee team globally and continue to build a culture of inclusion, belonging and awareness
In partnership with the senior leadership team drive accountability and governance for DE&I
Collaborate with Global PR & Communications and Internal Communications/CSR to drive and increase the visibility of our diversity strategy and community involvement ensuring a core and common approach across fresh
Identify non-traditional sources for diverse talent and build networks and relationships with key stakeholder in these sources
Integrate key concepts of equity, allyship, inclusion, and diversity into existing talent management programs, learning and development, recruitment efforts, policies and practices
Measure, track and analyze the effectiveness of DE&I initiatives to report on progress and identify opportunities for future areas of focus
Support Taskforces and working groups to achieve targeted milestones in a timely manner
Identify, manage and lead DE&I external partnerships
Research and remain on the forefront of DEI content to bring awareness to, and improve the organization’s development

Design and implement DE&I strategy actions for 2022 and beyond in alignment with business goals
Support and provide recommendations in the execution of companywide initiatives around DE&I
Further empower our DE&I Council to leverage their diverse perspectives to help fresh achieve its people and business goals
Drive DE&I accountability with management across the organization
7 plus years HR related or industry experience
An empathetic leader with proven ability in coaching and mentoring
A proven track record of building and scaling D,E&I programs
Knowledge and understanding of inclusion and diversity principles
A solid understanding of industry benchmarks, leading practices, and innovations in DE&I experience leading cross-functional and dotted-line teams, forums, and individuals
Proven experience with developing communications including training materials
People focused. Able to quickly & organically build strong relationships at all levels cross functionally.
Superb verbal, written and communication skills with the ability to present to a wide range of audiences from leadership to the entire fresh organization
Can demonstrate strong cultural awareness and the ability to work in diverse teams and groups and across geographies
Ability to leverage and extend internal and external networks to develop strategic partnerships
A strategic, creative, and systems-based attitude with a passion for action and accountability
Strong Project Management skills
Curiosity in deeply understanding business needs and building strategies to support them
