The Associate Director, Student Affairs ITS will provide strategic leadership and management of Student Affairs systems. Specifically, system/network administration, help desk and support operations, software development and project management. This position will collaborate with all Student Affairs departments, UNLITS, key UNL groups and other external partners and vendors. Research, design and implement technical solutions for Student Affairs, designed to meet the needs and goals of each department and associated partners. Perform fiscal planning, resource management and budgeting for IT department. The Associate Director will lead and supervise Client Services, a team of developers and analysts to ensure that internal and external software solutions meet the needs of Student Affairs. Review, prioritize, assign projects and requests and serve as a leader of the Student Affairs IT team and a leader with UNL IT.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field plus five (5) years of information systems experience; equivalent education/experience will be considered. Demonstrated project management experience. IS-related supervisory experience. Demonstrated excellent knowledge and understanding of various computer architectures, operating systems, programming languages, and associated hardware. Proven knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems. Excellent written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills with proven ability to initiate and facilitate team-oriented involvement and discussions. Excellent technical problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service skills. Familiarization with Microsoft SharePoint.
Posted Salary: $95,000 minimum
