This is an exciting time to join GWS Local. This role will support a fast-growing projects business. We are looking for a dynamic coordinator who is highly organized, tech savvy, and ambitious.
You will get to assist and support the Project Management Team throughout the sales process including developing engaging presentations, proposals, and standard templates.
While providing comprehensive and flexible administrative and sales support service to the Americas Head of Projects Leader and for each Business Unit Head of Projects.
Create supporting Sales Literature, including (but not limited to), ITT, RFP, RFI, and sales brochures. Ensure the completion of all Pre-Qualifying Questionnaires for the Business Unit.
Arranging all sales calls, contract review, with Senior Team members (all Project Directors, Contract Managers, Area General Managers, and Business Unit Leaders) on an ad-hoc basis
Completion of Americas Monthly Management Report each month ahead of Business Unit Review
Tracking project management health and safety training to ensure compliance
Promoting and maintaining the core Values of CBRE Managed Services.
Managing Calendars, email, event, and travel arrangements for Project Management leadership
Delivering effective business communication through advice, review, and direct contribution to management and team meetings, briefings, consultation forums, correspondence, publicity, monthly and ad-hoc reporting, and other publications, as appropriate.
Provision of guidance, advice, coaching, and support to all other Business Unit Coordinators within the business, where required to deliver best practice selection, training, assessment, and recognition/reward.
Review prospective clients and create company abstracts

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university required. Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred. Real Estate license preferred
Proficiency with analytics tools like Power BI is preferred.
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite preferred (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.)
