IT PROJECTS COORDINATOR I , Career Advising and Professional Development (CAPD) , to support departmental initiatives by providing a range of IT project coordination/implementation support for computer software applications across all platforms, and manage IT vendor relationships for the organization. Will aid CAPD in successfully accomplishing its goals through identifying effective technology to improve its processes, training its staff on the use of technology, and addressing issues as they arise.
Job Requirements REQUIRED : a high school diploma or its equivalent; at least three years of directly related experience; experience providing desktop user support; knowledge of a range of applications, operating systems, and software, preferably Windows 10 and above and Apple OS 10.10, MS Office, Slack, and other enterprise-wide systems; demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and work successfully in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; excellent collaboration, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. PREFERRED : bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related discipline; proficiency with Microsoft Excel, project management software, and statistical processing software/systems; and MIT or higher education experience.
