WeWork is looking for an experienced marketer to join the Lifecycle marketing team to support the growth of our subscription based products, WeWork All Access and On Demand. This person will join a small global team focused on building programs in partnership with Segment Marketing and Partnerships teams that are designed to grow and retain customers at scale.
The right fit for this role will be equal parts strategic and executional as they will partner with senior members on the team on program design, factoring in audience and messaging strategy, then working with the larger marketing group to facilitate cross-channel program delivery across email, app, SMS, media and sales. This person will play a key role in growing lifetime value and retention of our customer base.
Become an expert on the All Access and On Demand customer lifecycle and create custom cross-channel programs that drive incremental engagement, utilization, long term retention and upsell/cross-sell
Develop roadmap for app/SMS marketing strategy, partnering closely with technology team to influence on-going optimizations and integrations
Partner closely with the Segment and Partnership marketing team to nurture new leads and create a cohesive experience across every stage of the marketing funnel
Be the bridge between strategy, operations and analytics, pulling team members in to advise and consult on program design and assist with delivery and execution
Work in close partnership with the email, app and media groups to develop robust testing framework with strong targeting and segmentation criteria
Program manage the end-to-end delivery of assigned lifecycle marketing programs and be responsible for reporting results to key cross-functional stakeholder groups
Experience working globally and ability to collaborate with international marketing partners to develop marketing programs that reflect regional market opportunities and customer differences
Qualifications & Experience:
5+ years of experience in CRM, Customer or Lifecycle Marketing
Experience in a membership or subscription based organization
Strong understanding of email and app marketing channels are a must
Demonstrated experience planning and executing programs particularly adoption, cross-sell, and upsell
Proven ability to work effectively within and lead cross-functional teams
High attention to detail and strong project management experience
Comfortable working with CRM data to make strategic recommendations on audience design and segmentation
Creative and customer-centric thinker
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

Experience focused on a B2B2C modeled business or product line
Experience working within Salesforce
