The Department of Art, Art History, and Design at Michigan State University is seeking to hire assistant professors, instructors, and assistant instructors in the field of studio art and graphic design. These positions will be filled for fall 2021 (contract start August 16, 2021) and spring 2022 (contract start January 1, 2022).
Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate courses in graphic design and/or studio art foundations including Color and Design, Three-Dimensional Form, Digital Graphic Design, and Graphic Design 1 and 2.

Doctorate -Studio Art, Graphic Design
MA, MFA, or MDes in Studio Art, Graphic Design, or related field desired. BA/BFA in Studio Art, Graphic Design, or equivalent required.
Experience teaching at the college level desired.
