We are seeking a Pharmacy Implementation Manager to join the team in Irving, Texas
Contributes to the overall success for the Implementation of our Community Pharmacy and Health and Strategic account customers. This includes direct communication with internal and external partners. The Implementation Manager will be responsible for facilitating training and documentation for the implementation of new business and processes. This will also include managing workflow for Community Pharmacy and Health On-boarding team in all account setup functions. The Implementation Manager will be responsible for measuring and auditing the entire setup process to ensure we meet or exceed industry best in class standards. This position will also continually work to fine tune all the processes to ensure the ISMC On-boarding Team meets expectations and goals
Responsible for the analysis and implementation of new store groups for the Retail segments
Implementation Manager will ensure documented procedures are up to date
Provides a single point of contact for Implementation efforts
Takes on-boarding from original concept through final implementation. Interfaces with all areas affected by the on-boarding which may include customers, Sales, DC Operations, Master Data and various departments (e.g. Contracts, Inventory, Regulatory, Credit, marketing, IT, etc.)
Work to ensure all SLA's are met by all internal partners
Coordinates and documents training on internal processes within the department
Identifies training gaps needed for On-Boarding team
Create any training documentation identified
Identify areas the standard operation procedures are not being followed by team
Assesses on-boarding issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals. Conducts on-boarding meetings and is responsible for implementation deliverables
Recommends/takes action to direct the analysis of and solution to problems.
Establishes procedures and processes related process improvement of customer transitions
Follow up with ISMC On-boarding Specialist and RSM on Aged On-boarding; ensure that go live dates are current
Prioritize on-boarding based on go live dates
Typically has 6+ years of professional experience and 0-2 years' supervisory experience
5+ years project management experience (preferred)
Bilingual Spanish speaking individual (preferred)
Working knowledge of pharmaceutical industry (preferred)
Strong ability to manage time and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, project management and business acumen skills
Ability to maintain knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, trends and processes
Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook
Effectively communicate product, price, promotion and procedure information to customers and field sales manager
Participate on cross functional process improvement teams
Strong analytical and business skills
Self-starter that requires little direction
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
Ability to analyze communications and manage timelines
Must be self-motivated and results oriented
Must have good problem solving and decision-making skills
Must be a team player and willing to work in a changing environment
4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience
