Lien Animal Clinic is a foundation within the West Seattle Community. For over 60 years, families have counted on Lien to guide them on how to best care for their pets. We are inviting both new and experienced veterinarians to come to join our team to continue this legacy and serve our community. We are a high-touch clinic that prides itself on clear client communication and experience as well as a progressive standard of care. To maintain a standard of care, we have state-of-the-art equipment including digital radiology, in-house laboratory services, digital dental radiography, surgical and therapeutic laser, chemotherapy, ultrasound, and platelet-rich plasma centrifugation.
To support this, our doctors have dedicated assistants throughout their room and surgical days in addition to a full-time out-patient team and three in-clinic technicians daily. To enhance our services to clients while providing a better work-life balance for our staff, we have an extensive telemedicine platform and will soon have full voice over internet telephones to allow for remote work. We have fully implemented curbside service which includes real-time text, voice, and video conferencing with clients to strengthen relationships during COVID 19 restrictions.

The industry-first program called the Veterinarian Incentive Plan allows current doctors and those who become a part of the Pathway team to elect to participate in the new bonus structure, which is based on tenure and company performance. General practice veterinarians can earn up to $225,000. One-third of the total VIP award is based on each doctor's tenure and the other two-thirds is based on company performance.
The program is eligible for current and new doctors who provide veterinary care at Pathway veterinary hospital locations and includes general practice, specialty, and emergency doctors.
