IT APPLICATION SUPPORT ANALYST , MIT Federal Credit Union (MITFCU) , to provide assistance and consulting support for large-scale application systems in the Credit Union locations. Will ensure that supported technologies, applications, and/or databases are available, reliable, and error-free; create process documentation, developing and delivering training on procedures and the use of supported applications while providing guidance on related business processes, policies, and best practices; support all aspects of systems and process administration; identify system and process gaps and coordinate potential solutions; consult with stakeholders to determine, document, and evaluate enhancements; recommend improvements to system usability, functionality, or user interface; and implement software upgrades and coordinate the roll-out of new versions of supported applications or application modules as needed.
Job Requirements REQUIRED : a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least three years' experience with enterprise systems and/or project management. PREFERRED : experience in a financial institution. Job #19507-8
