A well regarded research and data firm has a market leading data set that is used by portfolio managers and traders.
This role would be to drive new business of this product to mainly buy side clients. It would be focussed on prospecting and generating opportunities to on board new clients, as well as working with senior members of the team to close new business.
This would be a great opportunity to work with a growing company (double digit growth for the last 2 years) and lead the growth of a product that is really exciting. It would offer a clear progression track for someone to grow into a successful sales person handling the full sales cycle.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of getting revenue out of buy side clients for a data product or similar.
1+ years experience in a prospecting/new business role
Experience with subscription sales cycle
Familiarity with asset managers, hedge funds and other buy side firms
Keen interest in capital markets and investment management
