Eligibility for Employment:

Earned Masters Degree in Student Affairs, Higher Education, Leadership Education, or related field from an accredited institution.
Demonstrated understanding of leadership education and development and connection with campus activities.
Strong knowledge and/or experience with Greek-lettered organizations on a college campus including current trends, educational programming, risk reduction, and well-being.
Demonstrated experience in developing and assessing learning and development outcomes to inform educational student programming, training, and staff development initiatives.
Demonstrated experience in the use of digital tools and social media to support outreach and strategic marketing efforts to students, which may include CampusLabs, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
Type of Position: Full Time Position
Work Schedule/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with evening and weekend work expected as part of a flexible work schedule.
