The Strategic Marketing Team, within the Community Pharmacy segment at McKesson, is seeking a Marketing Manager in the Las Colinas office in the Dallas, TX area.
The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies to drive lead generation, conversion, retention, and brand loyalty. As Marketing Manager, you will demonstrate how McKesson's Community Pharmacy offerings help independent pharmacists better manage their business to remain strong, profitable and independent . Your understanding of the industry, customer needs and competitive offerings enables you to develop a narrative that showcases the differentiated value of our products and services. You get in trenches to create compelling content, execute campaigns and maximize communication channels to retain customers and create advocates. You enjoy being part of a collaborative team with a strong sense of purpose. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Strategic Marketing and works with limited direction.
Create and execute pilot and go-to-market strategies, messaging, content and campaign plans for the sales team and customers to drive demand and support program enrollment/product sales goals in collaboration with program managers and portfolio strategy teams.
Project manage and act as marketing communications lead for all Community Pharmacy programs, pilots and proprietary customer events. Serve as the "voice of the customer," maintain positioning for all programs and events that stands out from the competition.
Partner with field sales on initiatives that engage prospects and current customers. Provide the sales team with information, content and tools that help them sell more effectively at each stage.
Collaborate across multiple business units, program owners, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure alignment. Organize, coordinate, track and communicate project timetables, deadlines and approvals in conjunction with appropriate stakeholders and production/design team.
Establish and reinforce brand strategies and tactics across channels such as web sites and social media, digital tools, print materials, videos and events. Edit content provided by subject matter experts to ensure tone, narrative and clarity.
Establish KPI's and performance goals. Track and report performance for marketing campaigns and projects to stakeholders on a regular basis denoting milestones and key learnings and providing recommendations for improvement.
Act as a marketing consultant to provide stakeholders with key insights and identify potential market gaps using customer segmentation data.

7+ years of developing/executing strategic marketing initiatives
Demonstrated strong critical thinking, analytic and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated outstanding written, verbal and presentation communications skills
Excellent collaboration and listening skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence without authority across all levels and functions
Experience successfully managing high-visibility, high-priority projects in a complex, matrixed organization
Experience creating engaging, accurate and informative omni-channel marketing campaigns and content with the ability to write in different styles to appeal to multiple audiences
Excellent organization, execution and project management capabilities with attention to detail
Proficient at multi-tasking and managing multiple projects and changing priorities with aggressive and often competing deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment
Broad knowledge of web content development and SEO, digital publishing, email and social media best practices
Experience with marketing automation systems such as Marketo
Experience partnering with field sales and using Salesforce (SFDC)
