What you’ll be doing...
You will be the go to person when it comes to driving Digital e-commerce application.Verizon.comandVzw.comportal provides best in class digital shopping experience and self service capabilities to customers. You would be responsible for the Content Management Team across Sales (Digital, Assisted, 5G Fios, and Chatbots). As part of digital sales application manager, you will do the following activities.
Lead a team of ten or more members.
Drive implementation of Consumer priority programs and Digital Transformation initiatives for Verizon Consumer Group.
Collaborate with Onshore and Business partners for increasing Sales and Digital engagement of customers.
Support digital operations from India and Perform digital platform modernization for increasing digital engagement.
Ensure team visibility and value through presentations in different forums.
Drive Devops and cloud transformation.
Accountable for security and compliance of applications.
Be responsible for E2E delivery of project - tactical or strategic - coming through any stakeholder.
Manage a highly motivated team of individuals to guide them, and challenge them to take on bigger responsibilities.
Explore new areas of opportunities for the team and the organization that would not only energize the team but also help improve overall application quality and the customer experience.
Educate team members about integrating systems collaboratively and efficiently.

Bachelor’s degree or four and more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Six or more years of IT experience in Web commerce.
Four or more years of Digital experience.
Two or more years of experience in cloud and Devops.
Experience as a subject matter expert on Digital ordering flows.
Experience in leading initiatives for business outcomes in digital. e.g. Conversion.
Strong professional experience with core technologies – Spring boot, Spring Reactive, React JS, Redis, AEM, APIGEE.
Even better if you have:
A degree in Engineering or MCA.
Eight or more years of IT experience in Web commerce.
Strong understanding of Content Management including applications such as Adobe Experience Manager
Strong skills in project and program management functions.
Ability to be involved in capacity planning and resource allocation.
Strong skills in delivering projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong skills in development methodologies, software management tools and processes.
Experience on data analytics.
Ability to educate team members about integrating systems collaboratively and efficiently.
Ability to work on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles.
Knowledge Cloud, Application Security, and Agile development.
Quantitative, written, and oral communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and meet critical deadlines.
