Organize the overall Annual Fund campaign with a focus on renewing current support, introducing philanthropy at Holy Child to new members of the community and deepening engagement with alumnae.
Manage all aspects of Annual Fund print and digital production as well as social media with the Communications Department, including timing and nature of appeals, writing copy, creating video concepts, collaborating on the Annual Fund website pages and giving forms.
Oversee a personal portfolio of donors as well as directly soliciting additional donors as needed.
Recruit and manage parent and alumnae Annual Fund volunteers with timely updates, clear guidance and positive encouragement.
Ensure all appeals and outreach is properly reflected within the database.
Develop tracking reports and lists that are responsive to the needs of the various internal constituents, including all Development Office staff and the Head of School.
Provide prospect research on individuals, corporations, and foundations using a wide variety of biographical, organizational and financial sources. Analyze and synthesize accumulated information to assess prospects’ financial capacity, philanthropic interests, giving propensity and affinity to Holy Child.
Manage Annual Fund related events including the Head of School Recognition Dinner, Leadership Reception, Fund-A-Tiger Gala Reception and Say Thanks Day.
Oversee the production of acknowledgements and ensure all processes are documented.
Respond to requests for information from donors, volunteers, and staff in a professional and timely manner.
Perform all functions with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in raising funds for select special projects and events in collaboration with Development colleagues.
Minimum of 3 years of related professional experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency using donor software (Raisers Edge preferred) and, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Experience with Prospect Research.
Time-management skills, the ability to multi-task under pressure, and have strong organizational and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others and support organizational goals.
A Track record of timely response to requests for information, service, and assistance.
History of Maintaining confidentiality.
Demonstrate a positive and productive attitude.
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends periodically.
