Experience you will have:
Demonstrable experience of service and performance management, preferably in a Cloud Delivery environment.
Experience in dealing directly with stakeholders and managing expectations
Experience of service reporting including the presentation and understanding of SLA's, OLA's, KPI's.
Ability to present technical information to a non-technical audience
Understanding of cloud TCO, cost management and modelling
Exposure to risk and audit management to ensure our services meet the control frameworks set by the organisation.
Presentation skills and the ability to create collateral and present at c-level
An understanding of FinOps and SRE would be beneficial but not essential
