St. Norbert College, a nationally-ranked, private, Catholic, liberal arts college is seeking a Project Manager who will manage and support multiple technology projects including new implementations and system upgrades. This position works closely with campus departments, ITS staff, and vendors to successfully mitigate risks and complete project deliverables within the defined time frame and established budget. The Project Manager appropriately applies project management principles to ensure the project is completed accurately and efficiently with a focus on process improvement and ensures project outcomes meet all identified project objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Project Management or other related field is desired; an Associate's degree with related project management experience may be considered.
Three to five years experience managing technology related projects and/or delivering enterprise-wide systems solutions
Demonstrated experience effectively leading cross-functional project teams and technology related projects to successful completion
Working knowledge of various project methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, etc.
Experience with project management tracking software (Smartsheet, Asana, Trello, etc.)
Demonstrated experience working in and fostering a diverse campus environment or commitment to do so as an employee of St. Norbert College
