Responsibilities
A key member of the team who innovatively and thoughtfully designs financing and leverage against SG mortgage for the affluent customers, delivering joyful customer/employee journeys and financial outcome.
  • High appreciation of macro market outlook and emerging trends, especially around Singapore economy, interest rate environment, liquidity situation and property markets
  • Design and develop innovative product proposition for affluent customers to finance or leverage against SG mortgage, increasing our market share.
  • Design and implement thoughtful Customer Journey/Employee Journey, leveraging digitization, eco-system thinking and data, to create joyful banking and productivity gain.
  • Adopt a data-driven operating mindset to proactively manage business drivers
  • Collaboratively work with internal and external partners to achieve an agile and robust processes, with strong appreciation of risk management and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
  • University graduate or graduate degree
  • A minimum of 5 years of product management experience in financial services industry, mortgage loan product experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Good organizational and project management skills
  • Resourceful, creative and independent
  • Good communication skills in English, and another language is an advantage
