We are looking for a Regulatory Change professional with experience managing IBOR and client outreach related projects to work on an exciting project with our Tier 1 Investment Banking client based within the Regulatory Reform team.

About the role
Your duties / responsibilities will include:
Liaising directly with high-touch clients and communicating the IBOR remediation strategy
Developing an understanding and effectively articulating IBOR remediation efforts both internally and externally
Performing research on current news and trends in the industry relating to IBOR, keeping up to date on any announcements / updates
Project scoping, planning and RAID management
Proactive and reactive communication with clients, including via email and calls
Researching / formulating responses to client queries as needed
Working with the business to ensure clients have completed remediation
Co-ordinating across multiple internal departments to ensure all client documentation is complete in advance of regulatory deadlines
Supporting teams working on other Capital Markets and Securities Transformation projects
Other duties as required which fall within the scope and remit of the role

Who are we looking for?
Candidates should ideally have the following:
Qualifications & Experience
Strong educational background - Degree (Masters would be an advantage)
8+ years Project Management/PMO experience in a Tier 1 investment bank (or for a Big 4 consulting firm within the investment banking space)
Experience working on IBOR related projects
Knowledge of global markets & financial products
Strong client communication skills, comfortable liaising with high-priority clients
Experience in project planning, scoping, RAID management, preparing presentation decks
Excellent stakeholder communication, comfortable interfacing with stakeholders across multiple teams within the bank
Communication – advanced interpersonal & communication skills. Able to liaise confidently with senior stakeholders, either over the phone or via email
Team player – able to work well within dynamic and goal-focused teams
Process driven – able to become quickly proficient in new processes and systems
Detail-focused – very strong attention to detail
Multi-tasking – highly organized and able to balance various responsibilities simultaneously
