As a member of the Enterprise Services Compliance team, you will focus on compliance matters supporting the development and launch of new investment products, including both registered and unregistered funds and pooled investments. You will be responsible for working with the business, with the distribution channels, and with Risk and Legal to support the development and launch of these new products.
Enterprise Services, including Fidelity Center for Applied Technology (FCAT), Fidelity Labs, Fidelity Consulting, Fidelity Digital Funds, Fidelity Digital Assets Services, Alternative Products, and Business Development, is the launch pad for many of Fidelity's newest products and services. The Enterprise Services Compliance team helps these teams create new products and services by working closely with them from the very earliest phases of development through launch and, when necessary, provides ongoing support to the new business.
The Expertise You Have
7+ years of compliance experience with a focus on asset management, particularly private funds, familiarity with distribution compliance is a plus
4-year college degree required, MBA or JD is a plus
Strong understanding of asset management and compliance concerns for private funds and the ability to quickly grasp unique issues arising with a variety of asset types
Strong ability to work and flourish in a matrixed/agile framework

Analyze, interpret, and communicate policies that relate to business unit initiatives and advise leaders how to proceed from a compliance perspective
