Reporting to the Executive Director of Faculty Professional Development, Diversity & Inclusion, the Project Manager and Evaluator will support the new initiatives of the Office of Faculty Professional Development, Diversity & Inclusion and CUIMC-wide anti-racism projects. The Project Manager will work closely with key stakeholders throughout the medical center as well as the members of the CUIMC Task Force for Addressing Structural Racism to manage the implementation and assessment of new projects. The PM will develop assessments and generate reports to monitor progress of these initiatives and assist with communication strategies to ensure broad communication of initiatives across the CUIMC community.
Develop assessments, reports, analyses, and evaluations of programs and initiatives implemented by the CUIMC Task Force for Addressing Structural Racism as well as others offered by the CUIMC Office for Faculty Professional Development, Diversity & Inclusion (20%)
Provide project management support for new programs and initiatives related to diversity and inclusion, for the Office of the Faculty Professional Development, Diversity & Inclusion (40%)
Provide support for initiatives and programs, conduct relevant literature searches and citations to support the work of these initiatives and integrate these into work plans (15%)
Office coverage (15%)
Other duties as assigned (10%)
Bachelors or equivalent in education and experience plus two years of related experience. Masterâ€™s preferred. Strong background in administration, research, operations, and a familiarity with working in academic health centers a plus.
Proficiency with Excel and Access, including but not limited to formulas, and imports and exports from varying data sources and development of quantitative reports on a regularly scheduled basis. Experience managing large sets of data.
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
Proven ability to work on complex, time sensitive projects with limited direction, meeting critical deadlines.
Ability to establish and maintain credibility with peers, customers and senior leadership through effective written and oral communication.
