You will be working in the Digital Practice unit of Group Internal Consulting in Singapore, a dynamic, driven and diverse team of professionals. Our practice helps UBS business divisions and functions to shape and implement their digital strategy in the areas of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Advanced Analytics, Cognitive Automation and Blockchain as well Risk Modelling and UX/UI Design. Operating at the intersection of business, technology and innovative thinking, we are uniquely placed to combine the power of emerging technologies with a profound understanding of UBS business and change management practices to deliver sustainable digital transformation.
Your expertise
ideally 10-15+ years of professional experience of which 4+ years consulting experience either as an external consultant with a leading consulting company and/or within an in-house consultancy in a large corporate; maintaining a focus on digital project delivery ideally in the areas of digital transformation and new and emerging technologies
demonstrated success in managing clients within a consulting environment, networking and building trust to develop and maintain new and existing relationships
highly driven and motivated; having the ability to see the bigger picture, define a strategic direction and to implement the required change
sufficient level of technical expertise to provide highly credible leadership and program management, knowledge and experience of SDLC and understanding of DevOps practices with an ability to adapt quickly to changing technology, requirements and environments
experience working in the banking/financial sector, with proven ability and tenacity to manage the delivery execution of new digital solutions in complex environments, collaborating and building networks of people to achieve project goals
knowledge of technology architecture and delivery experience in one of the following areas would be beneficial: Infrastructure & Application delivery, Cloud migration, data sourcing & system integration, platform consolidation, Cybersecurity,
excellent team leadership and people management skills, 5+ years line manager experience leading teams of technical experts; demonstrated ability to build a team through recruiting and retaining the best talent
strong written and verbal communicator with superior presentation skills, able to adapt and network across a global organization to a diverse stakeholder group
