As a Practice Administrator you need to know how to:
Work collaboratively with lead site physicians to ensure the efficient and effective daily operation of the clinics including the supervision and evaluation of the clinic staff.
Oversees pysician resident/gradaute medical education program, projects and initiatives
Oversees all practice operations, budgets and work flows within the medical practice to ensure SCL Health policies and procedures are in effect.
Resolve clinical complaints issued by patients, families, or physicians. Assure that departmental monthly reports are received and that specific findings, conclusions, actions, recommendations, and follow-up activities are reported. Ensure assigned unit/department meets or exceeds all regulatory standards.
Direct and oversee management of clinic/practice associates and leadership team. Partner with managers and human resources business partners to address performance and disciplinary issues in a timely and effective manner.
Maintain an operational knowledge of all organization and division policies and procedures. Participate in relevant learning activities to keep abreast of current issues, trends, and research.

High school diploma or GED equivalent
3 yearsâ™ experience in outpatient clinic or other healthcare environment
Experience with PC software applications in word processing, Epic, Word, Excel, preferred
Bilingual English / Spanish, complete comprehension, literacy and fluency in both languages, preferred
