Responsibilities: The successful candidate will play a central role in the delivery and planning of the Leman conference by leading/coordinating the general planning of the conference (10%), communicating with vendors, speakers and sponsors/exhibitors (20%), assisting with registration and website development (20%), design and deliver mass mailings (5%), budgeting and financial activities, producing recommendations/reports on technical matters of importance (5%), and marketing activities including but not limited to program brochures, social media promotion and continuous education accreditation (5%). The successful candidate will also assist in maintaining past years materials, new proceedings collection, assisting speakers with travel, stipends and posting presentations and webinar planning (5%). The candidate will also provide support to the Swine Disease Eradication Center annual board meeting (5%), webinars and communication efforts (10%), and posting/editing materials for the group's blog (5%) and will support the overall swine program (10%).
Salary Range $20.38 - $30.43

Required Qualification: High School Diploma/GED and five years of project management work experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with conference registration systems (Destiny One or similar), website development (Drupal Lite or familiarity with HTML), mass communication systems (Salesforce or familiarity with CRM), and familiarity with the Adobe suite including InDesign or other design systems and be interested in technology.
