The Program Manager will partner with the R&D Leadership Team to structure and manage initiatives towards meeting company objectives, from concept to launch. The ideal team member is comfortable working across all departments and levels, and strong in building relationships with cross-functional partners. About the Job: - Work with leaders in ER&D, Product Development, NPI, Sales, Marketing and Operations to structure and manage initiatives towards meeting company objectives, from concept to launch.
- Partner closely with Project Managers, Engineering/Design Leads and Product Managers to keep the context, objectives and success metrics clear.
- Create transparency at all levels of the organization on milestone accountability, delivery status and associated risks.
- Connect the dots between ER&D and other interdepartmental teams on timely identifying, socializing and managing dependencies.
- Create transparency at all levels of the organization on milestone accountability, delivery status and associated risks by creating and updating reporting tools.
- Drive postmortem and lessons learned sessions and bring learnings to action.
- Coordinate key process meetings and documentation. Circulate signature sheets and approval documents for process milestones.
- Track project status and ensure ER&D department process is followed.
- Work with ER&D project managers to maintain project financials and schedules.
- Work with ER&D management to document, improve and automate department processes.
What You Need: - 3+ years of experience as Project Manager, Program Manager, or Project Administrator
- Demonstrated experience in project management tools
- Experience with product design processes and engineering/manufacturing environments
- A positive "can do" attitude with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing needs and processes
- Expert on creating and improving processes, reporting, and communication tools
- Adept at navigating organizations to interface with other departments and find answers and problem solve.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Music/audio background a plus
