involved in the process of end to end product development, including monitoring post product launches. Your key role is to perform as a effective conduit between the business team and technology team when designing and delivering new insurance products in the regional marketplace.
Drive the end-to-end product development of insurance products; from conceptualisation , design, technical development, testing and roll out, to post-launch improvements and iterations.
Work closely with business stakeholders to design the right product and system architecture to support the business initiatives in targeted markets.
Effectively manage multiple stakeholders expectations and project time-lines.
Work with the technology and design teams to deliver comprehensive and customer-centric insurance solutions; including but not limited to customer policy administration, billing, claims management etc.
Good educational qualifications with strong GPA scores. Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, engineering, finance or related disciplines.
At least 2 years' experience in product development in insurtech/insurance companies for direct/digital distribution channels.
Strong understanding of at least 1-2 Southeast Asian online markets would be highly desirable.
Strong presentation and communication skills in English and Mandarin.
