We Offer This role will be engaged in programs and projects that deliver the target state for the Regulatory Services organization You will perform business analysis to help define solution options and recommendations, including pros/cons and rationale for recommendation and coordinate with global partners to understand and translate requirements through to solution / delivery. Help facilitate the documentation of requirements with business analysts and engaging key partners through to achieving signoff and provide review and sign off of user acceptance testing for business users. Build key project/program documents such as end-to-end current/future business process flows, use cases, BRD, cost/benefit analysis, target state proposals and program/project plans. Identify and document process changes and system improvements and ensure process improvement and strategic alignment through redesign is at the forefront of all initiatives Build positive relationships with various functions and businesses throughout IB and manage working groups tasked with solving specific target state challenges across regulatory services Your Future Colleagues The Reporting Solutions & Strategy team's remit is to define and ensure alignment to a strategic and controlled target state for Global Regulatory Reporting. Alongside efficient management and delivery of New Regulation, Rule Amendments, Reporting BAU Integration and IT Books of Work incl. Vendor oversight. Examples of areas covered include among others: Securities Financing Transaction Regulation Reporting, Markit SFTR Service Book of Work, SIERRA, Global Gresham Delivery, Korea Trade Reporting. In order to do this, the Reporting Solutions & Strategy team possesses significant business analytic capability, tying together data and requirements from multiple domains, sources, and partners. The team is essential for the success of the overall IB Division and is key to ensuring regulatory compliance for regulatory reporting while. You Offer We are looking for: - Equivalent experience of at least 7 years in programme/project management with a leading consulting firm within financial services or an International investment bank
- Track record in delivering major programs/projects especially projects delivered in an investment bank or similar institution is a plus!
- Detailed cross-asset knowledge of investment banking processes (front to back) and transaction/product lifecycle.
- Management of delivery of significant process and technology change (including target operating model design and delivery)
- Significant experience of building positive relationships and consensus with other functions and business units and to interface and influence senior managers in the organization. Alongside working with vendor partners and industry bodies/participants.
- Experience in achieving results in a programme / project context within a matrix organization (using resources that do not report directly to you e.g. from clients, from other departments, external suppliers)
- Ability to explain complex issues to suit the audience in a clear and concise manner
