We are seeking an eCommerce Reviews Moderator in Richmond, VA
(Remote WFH will be considered for advanced skill level)

If you enjoy reviewing user-generated content, engaging with online consumers, moderating consumer product reviews and identifying trends, please read on.
We are determined to develop the best in class digital shelf presence across eCommerce channels. The eCommerce ratings & reviews moderator will contribute and advance our B2C and social channel efforts through highly responsive, one-to-one engagement. As an eCommerce ratings and reviews moderator, you will leverage user-generated content and build a reputation management approach across B2C.com, Social channels (FB, Twitter, IG, etc.) and marketplace product reviews in a personalized way contributing to building relationships with consumers and creating loyalty.
3 plus years of experience moderating reviews with a digitally-native, high growth consumer brand or with an Advertising, Social Media, Influencer, Brand Agency.
Excellent written (spelling, grammar), reading, communication, multi-tasking and organizational skills
Ability to provide trends, insights and feedback related to user generated content uploaded by consumers across our B2C.com, social channels FB, Twitter, IG, etc.), marketplaces as well as cultivate community engagement and reputation management
Experience navigating websites, social channels along with ability to learn new technologies, platforms and techniques
Comfort level working independently in a fast-paced eCommerce environment, flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and a self-starter
Liaise with cross-functional teams, category managers, assortment managers, product information management, 3rd party agencies
Typically has 3 or more years of experience as an online community moderator for a native B2C consumer brand, or social media agency
Identifying UGC and how to leverage the content across social channels
Experience managing and moderating reviews for a high volume B2C.com, social channels, marketplace product reviews/ratings
Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and ability to manage workload
Ability to remain patient, calm, and focused during a high touch situations, exudes positivity and empathy
Ability to effectively extrapolate data, communicate information and report statistics
Team player, detail focused and reliable
Additional Knowledge & Skills

Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and external partners
Bachelor's degree preferred Communications, Marketing, Business, Journalism or related
