Our busy New Lending department are looking for a New Lending Support Advisor to support our customers who are going through the mortgage process with us. It's a fast paced, supportive environment who have built up an excellent reputation in the mortgage broker marketplace and are known for their friendly and professional service. As a New Lending Support Advisor you'll be dealing with our intermediary partners (mortgage brokers, mortgage advisory and financial advisers), providing an exceptional level telephone to support to them once they've submitted a mortgage application. You'll provide information and respond to their queries through to mortgage completion, including updates on cases, providing lending policy expertise, relationship management and outside of policy assistance. You'll liaise and work closely with all our mortgage teams to ensure we provide clear and correct information to our customers. You'll enjoy learning so keeping up to date with product and policy changes will be key. Achieving quality standards will also be important but we don't have sales or targets to achieve. In return there are many opportunities to develop your career or gain new knowledge and skills. With well being in mind and to comply with social distancing guidance, we are currently using digital platforms such as Zoom to conduct our recruitment process. This will include on-line testing relevant to the role, a brief telephone chat and an assessment with our managers.

Hours: 35 shifted hours across Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm
