Under broad direction from the Vice President of Infection Control, the Infection Control Supply Chain / Project Manager will coordinate a range of activities involved in the identification, acquisition, production, and distribution of Infection Control and other related products within the scope Securite LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of FFF Enterprises. This position will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners throughout the product lifecycle to ensure complete customer satisfaction and achievement of revenue and profit goals.
Essential Functions and Duties
Supplier relationship management, selection and evaluation
Ensure appropriate product setup for all related system
Product management and shared administration responsibility for Shopify ecommerce platform
Sales & Operation Planning leadership
Forecasting inventory levels, expenses, and sales revenue
Inventory planning and procurement across three distribution centers
Planning, overseeing and leading projects from concept through to completion
Adheres specifically to all company policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations and laws.
Performs other duties as as
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related industry experience.,_ MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
General knowledge of advanced concepts, practices and procedures related to supply chain management, project management and product management.
Production and inventory control
Distribution and logistics planning and execution
Familiarity with OTC and pharmaceutical distribution and logistics
EPA and FDA product registration
Infection control products for use in healthcare and/ or non-healthcare environments
Manufacturing and Quality Assurance best practices
Lean / Six Sigma
At least 5 years' experience in a supply chain management, supplier/ purchasing management or project management role
Must have strong organizational skills, detail orientation and the proven ability to prioritize work
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to work across
Must have effective verbal and written communication skills
Must have the ability to work with limited supervision and as part of a team
Sound decision-making abilities
Proficiency with SAP or other ERP systems,
Proficient with use of project management software
Telecommuting is allowed.
