Manage the day-to day servicing operations and implement innovative and best-in-class initiatives within the Servicing Operations portfolio across Singapore Self-Service Banking (SSB) network
Partner BUs to understand their needs and their customers' needs to recommend solutions to improve existing operations or meet new business, operational or customer service needs.
Lead SSB Deployment and Asset Management
Support the delivery and implementation of strategic initiatives and BAU enhancements requested by the business
Support application Testing/Functional Testing for SSB related applications
Lead test effort providing self-driven task management, test deliverables, test scenarios and test case development, and overall quality oversight.
Track and monitor Hardware (ATM) assets life cycle (from procure-to-pay)
Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers.
Prepare monthly inventory reports and reconciliation of Inventory
Perform inventory cycle/stock counts
Develop and implement improvement to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs
Review processes and identify areas for improvement and risk control
Provide operational support to BUs for new initiatives
Take charge of ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned
Perform all testing activities for initiatives across one or more assigned projects.
Design, develop and execute Sanity/Regression/SIT/UAT Test Cases, Test scenarios using test management tools, defect logging/tracking and managing issues and status metrics
Bachelor's degree with min. 5 years of project life cycle experience in the Financial Services Industry
Min. 2 to 3 years of relevant testing experience (SIT, Performance and Regression testing)
Experience in leading systems development and business process improvement initiatives
Possess re-engineering/six sigma capabilities
Domain expertise in Self Service Machines like ATM, Recyclers, or consumer banking products and processes will be an added advantage
