This is a very dynamic, entrepreneurial investment group, with an active pipeline and portfolio of European investments in life sciences and digital technology. The team is looking to expand by bringing on board an additional investment professional with a relevant background in d igital who can work on new deals in their ICT strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Build up and manage a network of (venture) entrepreneurs, co- investors, banks and M&A advisors , with active deal sourcing
    • Lead the investment analysis process - diligence, negotiations, financing and closing
    • Active portfolio management, acquisitions, value creation and monitoring through to exit
    • Exit: Identification of potential exit partners, deal set up and governing the process

YOUR PROFILE:
    • Proven investment experience in venture capital, preferably in digital, with a strong network in the industry
    • Operational leadership would be especially valuable and / or experience in advising on relevant deals from banking or consulting
    • A combination of experience in strategic and operational leadership roles (e.g. in a start-up or corporate)
    • Fluent English is essential; other European languages are helpful. The role is based in Zurich with travel as necessary
