Institutional Marketing Manager

Main responsibilities

• Efficient marketing support for international Institutional Channel
  • Contribute to development of institutional marketing materials with a particular focus on private assets
  • Maintain institutional marketing materials up-to-date and ensure availability of the documentation on intranet
  • Propose marketing actions/initiatives/deliverables aligned with the 2021 Institutional Marketing Strategy
  • Respond to sales requests and provide appropriate material to support institutional client meetings, roadshows and events
  • Communicate internally to sales on marketing actions/initiatives/deliverable
• Institutional Website
  • Publication of content on website using CMS
  • Communicate via internal email to Institutional Sales to encourage usage
  • Ensure external promotion of all new content via regular Email Campaigns
  • Maintain the highest quality of our Marketing Cloud Email Campaigns templates
• Maintain existing and develop new Presentations
  • Corporate Presentations – Institutional Pitchbooks, Institutional Brochure
  • Channel Presentations – Insurance, Institutional, Institutional Strategies, Private Banks, Family Offices, etc.
  • Asset classes Presentations – Equities, Fixed Income, Multi-Asset, Private Assets, Private Debt, Liquidity, Liquid Alt, etc.

Experience and Skills

• Prior experience of marketing within asset management
• Total fluency in English and good proficiency in French
• Good understanding of institutional segment
• Good product knowledge
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Very good organisation and planning skills
• Very good understanding of digital tools (CRM, CMS, cloud platform, Google Analytics)
• Eager to learn and to develop new skills
• Ability to receive feedback and improve
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong oral and writing, proofreading and editing skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects and multi-task
