SVP – Head of Business Finance, Established Insurer

A leading Insurance firm in the Asia region, our client continues to expand their product lines and innovates with digital offerings in Singapore. There is now a Head of Business Finance opening in the collegial and established team.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the CFO, you will work with the key business stakeholders to drive the finance and business performance Strategy. Working alongside with the Product/Business Heads, you will drive performance, optimize cost and ensure the management reports add value to business.  There is also a transformation agenda in the role where you will be required to be hands-on whilst leading the finance change for efficiency and growth.  You will partner the senior management in valuable strategic business decisions and insights whilst managing the delivery and management of the business finance function.

Requirements

You have least 15 years of relevant business finance/management reporting experience including proven track record in a leadership and senior management role gained at in insurance firms. With strong communication and influencing skills, you are commercial, experimental, strategic, solutions-oriented , driven and possess the gravitas of a credible leader. Prior experience working in a fast moving environment is critical for the role.
