On the back of a significant demand in the market we are looking for people who have a banking and regulatory understanding that is married with solid foundation in technology. We are looking for experienced IT management consultants with expertise in Banking, Regtech, digital transformation and managing digital projects to join our team.
Responsibilities
Manage and execute Technology consulting projects in the regtech space in the following areas:
Use case definition and design
End to end digital transformation
Digital program design
IT requirement and story point contribution (for product design)
IT target operating model design and implementation
Work with partners and associate directors on proposal developments based on specific client requirements
Help to shape the product and service proposition in the Regtech space
Collaborate closely with other KPMG teams and service offerings to ensure our approach offers a holistic solution for our clients
Drive marketing campaigns and developing business relationships with senior client executives
Play an active role in supporting the recruitment, team's growth and development, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture of work, and provide skills coaching and mentoring
Experience and knowledge
Experience in Banking / Financial services
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance in banking
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related discipline; Master's degree is a plus
PMP certifications are preferred
A minimum of 6 years of experience in managing, executing IT and digital transformation projects
Knowledge of modern technology architecture, service delivery and IT operating models
Solid project management and stakeholder management skills
Experience in consulting industry is preferred but not mandatory
Knowledge in common cloud platforms and solutions is a plus
Understanding or experience with Low code development
Experience in delivering business solutions with the use of AI, blockchain and/or robotics will be an advantage
Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and on a tight timeline
