Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and five years of cumulative paid working experience in the information technology field; OR equivalent combination of education and experience where one year of experience will be substituted for an Associate's degree in computer science or related field, and two years experience will be substituted for a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
At least fiveyears of experience working in the Information Technology field, with 2 of those years working in digital identity and access management.
Significant organizational and people management skills, specifically within a large organization.
Demonstrable experience with enterprise architecture, design and development in complex technology environments.
In-depth knowledge of enterprise directory architecture and design.
Direct experience in designing, developing and a new enterprise software platform.
IT project/program management experience.
Direct customer support experience and deep knowledge of best practices and processes.
