The Gallagher Bluedorn Performing Arts Center is located on the campus of the University of Northern Iowa has served Northeast Iowa and the Midwest region for some 20 years. The home of a world class artist series, a regional symphony orchestra and UNI’s own School of Music, the Gallagher is a vibrant center for the performing arts and arts education. Hosting thousands of rehearsals and performances annually in its three halls and outdoor concert stage, the performing arts center serves roughly 125,000 patrons a year and trains the next generation of performing arts professionals. With a budget of some $3.4 million dollars annually, Gallagher presents a diverse artists series of multiple musical and theatrical genres as well as an innovative PreK-12 educational program. The Marketing Manager provides strategic guidance for Gallagher Bluedorn Performing Arts Center (GBPAC) brand and marketing; directs and creates the design of marketing and public relations assets; develops concepts and creative briefs for all print and digital marketing design needs; supports marketing and communications needs of other GBPAC departments; and represents GBPAC for community arts projects and committees. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design or related field plus at least three years of marketing experience required.
