The successful Project Manager will implement, support, and provide guidance and oversight to the State of Vermont. COVID-19 Contact Tracing Program contract. This position manages all aspects of contract award requirements and compliance. It's preferred that candidates reside within the state of Vermont.
Responsible for implementation and program oversight, ensuring goals and objectives are met.
Analyzes, evaluates data and information and/or other program statistics, preparing reports and making appropriate recommendations.
Plans, develops and implements training.
Oversees and manages program finances.
Direct point of contact between local health authority and contact tracing teams.
Maintains compliance with federal, state and local guidelines.
Delegates duties to and supervises, maintains schedules of Case Navigators and local strike teams.
Leads and manages the team in planning and continuous quality improvement.
Serves as the subject matter expert in the functional area and leads programs to meet critical needs.
Builds relationships at all levels of the organization, as well as external health authority, community partners and non-profits.
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and enjoy working on different problems every day.
Educational Requirements:
Master of Public Health (MPH).
Qualifications:
Minimum of five (5) years of healthcare related experience and three to five (3-5) years of management experience supervising a complex healthcare team.
Supervision of multiple teams or division level leadership experience.
Experience managing in multiple specialties simultaneously.
Experience driving analytics & reporting, contributing and ensuring staff success and implementation of best clinical practices.
Clinical or public health background preferred.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly, professional and respectful manner.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Minimum of three (3) years government contract management.
Technology Requirements:

Personal mobile device.
A headset is recommended.
Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace.
