THIS IS NOT AN H1- B OPPORTUNITY Responsibilities Under the direction of the Director of Community Hospital Partnerships and Affiliations, the Outreach Data Specialist will collaborate with external and internal constituents in accordance with the professional standards of the discipline, applicable regulatory requirements and business objectives of the organization to further enhance the outreach affiliations and future affiliated programs with community providers. This position will be responsible for applying theory and put this into practice with in-depth understanding within professional field. This individual will be responsible for analyzing such complex business problems using data to provide insight to decision makers. This may include but not limited to independently performing comprehensive analysis, reporting and overall data across the institution. Such data can vary and can span across financial, clinical, and quality data. Leveraging knowledge of business data and market impacts, will work with appropriate units to understand and prioritize data and information requirements. Reports as needed will be created based on specifications and incumbent will participate to optimize the performance of enterprise tools that add value to the organization. This position will manage data collection, validation, analysis, modeling, and coordination of reporting of data for internal and external use. Will create and distribute data reports specific to monitored indicators. Serve as a liaison for developing performance improvement quality and safety projects ensuring the appropriate methodology design and deployment. Coach staff and managers on the use of analytical tools to understand collection of data. Coach staff and managers on the interpretation of data dashboards to understand collected and reported data. Apply program management techniques to ensure the on-time, high-quality delivery of all projects. Manage projects and ensure their compliance with department and regulatory requirements.
