Department: Cliffe College of Creative Arts Employment Type: Full Time Job Category: Professional Administrative Major Work Characteristics : Works collaboratively with constituents as needed to lead the development and promotion of a consistent, professional, and concerted image for the College. Develops, implements, and maintains creative and measurable strategic communications plans that encompass digital/social media, publications and other print materials, market research, advertising, and other strategic marketing aspects; manages websites as assigned. Develops and manages a consistent brand messaging strategy that is reflected across all programs and diverse constituency groups. Minimum Qualifications: At least a bachelor's degree in strategic communications, graphic design, visual communications, art, music, theatre, or another relevant discipline. At least two years of full-time experience developing and implementing creative strategic communications programs or digital marketing. Demonstrated conceptual and innovative experience building brands, including concept development, process management, and/or web marketing. Experience creating web-optimized graphical presentations using image creation/editing tools. Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Suite tools. Demonstrated experience creating and managing digital ad campaigns. Demonstrated experience with HTML and/or a content management system and an advertising management tool. Strong understanding of web analytics. Ability to plan and establish priorities, handle multiple tasks and projects, work with tight deadlines, and demonstrate flexibility in daily work activities. A positive and professional team player with a customer-centric approach and ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment. Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and initiative are key. Strong organization and time management skills; ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of detailed work with conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Open to feedback with a strong desire to develop professionally. Desired Qualifications: A master's degree in strategic communications, graphic design, visual communications, art, music, theatre, or another relevant discipline. At least three years of full-time experience developing and implementing creative strategic communications programs or digital marketing in higher education institutions with increasing administrative leadership and responsibilities.
