Perform end-to-end review of conventional trade products (Documentary Trade and Open Account) to establish product growth strategy
Enhance existing product features / processes for better efficiency and value proposition
Develop product commercialisation plan to increase the business performance
Work closely with sales and RMs to keep pulse of customers' evolving needs
Keep close to market development especially in the digital arena to evaluate the benefits to the bank
Work with network branches / subsidiaries to grow the regional business

Qualifications Requirements
8 years experience in Trade Finance arena, especially Documentary Trade, with knowledge of product associated risks (eg. legal, compliance, credit, operation)
experience in Product Management role is highly preferred, with strong emphasis on new product development and product commercialisation
exposure to process improvement projects is an advantage
business orientated, enterprising and inquisitive in new way of doing things
strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage internal stakeholders
team player and willing to share knowledge
proficiency in Microsot Excel will be an advantage
