Be part of the team to lead and coordinate the overall operations/digitization transformation and change management workstream to ensure alignment and synergy across different BU/SU. DBS has recently reshaped its strategy around data. We are pursuing an aggressive strategy to create a culture that is data driven. We have kicked off a multi-year program with a few workstreams, one of them is about unblocking problems preventing access, discovery, utilization of our platform for different personas e.g. data scientists, data analysts, all staff in the bank. We are looking for versatile project support analyst who can collaborate with the teams to deliver solutions. You will be a member of the program team. We are looking for project support analyst to track and manage the data security stream work deliverables. Key Accountabilities
Workstream KPIs: hard and soft project KPIs including schedule, issue management, stakeholder management
Employee journey KPIs: Improve the data journey experience: functional, social, emotional changes
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Take ownership of the Product delivery
Assist the Program Manager with day-to-day project management tasks
Plan Agile program delivery & reporting
Keep track of meeting actions and follow-ups
Work as part of a lightweight central team
Assist with consolidating program view across multiple dependencies and units across technology
Requirements
2-5yrs of experience as a project analyst coordinating information, providing support through data analysis, and contributing to overall strategy
Understanding of Project Management concepts related to schedule, risk, issue and status tracking and monitoring
Exposure to product design and product delivery
Good planning, tracking and reporting skills
Understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful project management from a support perspective
Experience working in an agile environment with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Excellent external and internal communication skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills
