| The Admissions CRM Assistant provides both administrative and technical support for the Office of Admissions. Reporting to the Manager of Admissions Systems, the Admissions CRM Assistant provides basic technical assistance supporting Admissions operations. This role completes prospective student uploads into CRM/Slate from lists from various 3rd party vendors (College Board, ACT, Cappex, CBOs, ect.), college fairs, external events, and counselor/joint travel. This position works as part of a team to accurately prepare digital application files for committee review, including entering and redacting test scores and attaching documents sent through Slate inbox. In addition, this position works as part of the Admissions Slate team to ensure integrity of prospect/applicant data, and assists with routine daily, monthly, and yearly data quality and integrity checks to maintain accuracy of prospective student data (e.g., bounced email addresses, finding duplicate records and consolidating, correcting preferred names, etc.).
