Keene State College is seeking applications for a Testing Coordinator who will manage the COVID-19 testing program for KSC students, faculty, staff, and vendors. Reporting to the Project Manager for COVID-19, this position's responsibilities include: â¢Oversight of the day-to-day operations for KSC COVID-19 testing program to support KSCâs COVID-19 Risk Mitigation & Management Plan. â¢Collaborate with the KSC Testing Team to gather expert input, seek stakeholder advice and establish direction for institutional testing outcomes. â¢Work with Testing Team members to plan and implement future testing needs for summer 2021 pre-arrival and surveillance testing and fall 2021 pre-arrival testing and surveillance testing. â¢Be the KSC on-site lead person during campus testing events. â¢Ensure input and strong communication for testing processes. â¢Work closely with the Chief Medical Director and Coordinator of the Rapid Response Team. â¢Coordinate and manage testing vendors and contracts. â¢Oversee testing expenses. â¢Seek opportunities for process improvements related to testing. â¢Make recommendations to support risk mitigation efforts. â¢Oversee the testing schedule. â¢Monitor and respond to the COVID-19 testing email account. â¢Coordinate with the USNH call center on testing protocols, questions and communications. â¢Coordinate with the Director of Strategic Communications, Dean of Students and Director of Human Resources on messaging related to COVID testing requirements for students, staff, faculty and external stakeholders. â¢Collaborate with key stakeholders to help draft and review content to support testing requirements. â¢Provide web team with communications content to support testing instructions and requirements. â¢Oversee testing participation and provide compliance data tracking to Dean of Students and Human Resources. â¢Create, manage, and document business processes across campus offices to support testing.
â¢High School Diploma or equivalent. â¢Successful administrative experience in leading a program or project within an organization. â¢Experience collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders and team members in the achievement of goals. â¢Demonstrated ability to identify problems, think critically, and to see the big picture. â¢Proven skills with Microsoft 365 (with efficiency and effectiveness with Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint). â¢Solid understanding of Excel for tracking testing participation data and testing costs. â¢Ability to prioritize and organize workload to achieve goals, support the team, and manage tasks efficiently and effectively. â¢Experience working with discretion and maintaining confidentiality. â¢Superb written and oral communication skills. â¢Ability to quickly adapt and adjust as needed. â¢Ability to work nights and weekends as required.
