Supports the overall study startup and amendment process for implementation and changes to clinical trials in the Investigational Products Center (IPC).
Supports receiving, order fulfilment and inventory processes. Educates Sponsors, Site and Corporate Staff on Investigational Products Center (IPC) processes.
Supports overall study startup and amendment processing for implementation and changes to clinical trials in which the Investigational Products Center (IPC) is participating in.
Supports completing CTMS Set Up for IPC during study startup and amendment process.
Creates and Modifies IPC documentation pertaining to clinical studies.
Supports receiving, order fulfilment and inventory processes.
Analyzes and recommends improvements to study startup and amendment processes to improve quality and efficiency.
High School degree or equivalent
Certified Pharmacy Technician Certificate or State Pharmacy Board required
5+ years pharmacy experience or equivalent
Computer proficiency and ability to use computerized pharmacy systems
Demonstrated project management and process improvement skills
Proven leadership skills
Proven written and verbal communication skills.
Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment.
Requires occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
