As an Executive Recruiter you will manage an executive portfolio of searches; working as a strategic partner with senior leadership to attract candidates for current and future hiring needs. You will utilize multiple sourcing methods; facilitate the identification and attraction of world-class diverse and transformational executive and leadership talent globally. You will also help to identify and implement best practices to increase the quality of hires while reducing cycle time and cost as we continue to build out this specialized recruiting function within Rockwell Automation.

Bachelors degree or undergraduate degree in Business fields.
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years related experience
Minimum of 8 years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience.
3 years of executive level recruiting experience within a highly competitive market for a leader in their industry.
3 years of experience recruiting in a global software product development environment as well experience recruiting across multiple corporate functions.
Minimum of 5 years of experience advising and influencing executive leaders on hiring trends, talent landscapes and diverse talent.
Demonstrated success in full lifecycle recruiting owning each stage of the recruiting lifecycle while ensuring best-in-class candidate and client experience.
Previous experience working on highly confidential searches and understanding the different nuances of outreach and screening.
Experience with deep researching, direct outreach and building and maintaining relationships with executive talent, both passive and active.
Stay up to date with competitors and develop best time to approach strategies.
Extensive negotiation skills and understanding of various compensation models.
Experience leading multiple searches across a global organization, managing multiple priorities in an ever-changing environment while producing results and following thru on commitments.
Self-motivated and proactive requiring little direction.
Advanced story-telling to market and brand Rockwell Automation as an employer of choice.

Passion for building and delivering diverse slates of talent. Ability to maintain long term pipelines and turn prospects into fully vetted and calibrated candidates.
Deep and established network of industry professionals to leverage in a variety of search.
Experience managing executive search firms for critical searches as needed.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing recruiting strategies for unique and often one-off niche searches globally. This requires ability to quickly understand new technologies and trends in the competitive markets.
Previous experience with succession planning and long term pipelining.
Excel at working in a dynamic matrix environment
Very enthusiastic and has a positive, optimistic attitude and demonstrates a high level of integrity.
