Perform Trade Repository Reporting to the regulators in Asia Ex-Japan as well as nonfinancial regulatory reporting (as required) to the regional regulators
Coordinate daily and periodic regulatory / trade repository reporting processes with various internal teams (Ops stakeholders, Compliance, Middle Office), including but not limited to preproduction, production and issue resolution
Monitor, track and report issues and exceptions on a daily basis
Participate in implementation of process improvements and technology enhancements, including devising test scenarios and performing testing
Recommend ongoing improvements in line with Operations' objectives and goals to improve efficiency and regulatory deliverables
Ensure effective communication within the regulatory reporting team and with other internal teams
3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Regulatory Reporting, preferably with an understanding of the trade repository reporting landscape in AEJ
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
High regard for attention to detail, accuracy and quality
Good level of comfort with technical tools for functional investigation
Strong analytical skills and ability to quickly learn new products and systems
Adept at using automation / digitization tools
Highly committed, self-motivated with ability to meet regulatory deadlines
Able to articulate clear and concise messages (verbal and written) at all levels throughout the organization
Fluent in English
