About the client:
One of the worlds top tier investment bank & Asset management specialists is currently hiring for an inhouse Senior Salesforce specialist to manage inhouse Salesforce Projects, building on and developing their regional Salesforce platform.
About the role As part of the Distribution Technology team this candidate will be managing cloud-based solutions around Salesforce.com CRM, supporting, and maintaining and driving future improvements to the Salesforce ecosystem (CRM, Marketing Cloud, Cloud), working with sales and core teams, providing support through the buying cycle, and working with departments to improve user and client experience. This role will be working directly with global senior stakeholders driving the direction of the entire Salesforce ecosystem, with a fast track career path in to a regional Management rolen and a rare opportunity to move in to Salesforce space within top teir investment bank/Asset management firm.
Job Duties: - Plan and execute the regional digital roadmap. - Help the business adopt innovative solutions around Salesforce to improve the CRM ecosystem - Assess business requirements and define functional and technical specifications - Work with developers to prioritize and deliver new features - CRM Project management (Enhancement, Integration, Implimentation, BAU etc) - Provide user support and training
Job Requirements: - Minimum of 5+ years Salesforce Project Management experience. - Technical knowledge is welcomed. - Salesforce.com proficiency - low-code features (Flows, Process Builder) and minimum Apex Class/Triggers knowledge. Advanced Apex/Lightning development skills.
- Marketing Cloud knowledge is a bonus - Knowledgeable in the asset management, fund distribution industry is a beneficial
