Engage in consulting exercises with clients to enable identifying their true needs.
Align the needs of clients with existing platform features. Facilitate discussions with UI/UX Design teams, Engineering teams and Clients to solution gaps in capabilities into strategic re-usable solutions for the core platform.
Lead the delivery of the platform to Client environments including managing stakeholder communications, status reporting, risks and scope.
Organise feedback from clients and market analysis into a roadmap of features for the platform.
Ownership of features from requirements elicitation and documentation through solutioning, testing and delivery.
Learn and document product specifications and become a product SME over time.
5+ years of experience across technical business analysis, project management and product management. A background in financial services or fintech is highly valuable.
Ability to faciliate commuication between core stakeholders, external partners and internal engineering teams.
Documentation skills, creating user stories, business requirements and functional specificiations.
Ownership of features customisation, solutioning, testing and delivery.
Strong relationship management experience; ability to influence and lead multiple levels of the organisation.
Knowledge of APIs, scripting languages and technical architecture are important. Coding abilities are highly preferred.
Experience with BDD and automation testing frameworks would be advantageous.
Passionate problem solver and working with ambiguity are desired traits.
Must be fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin are a bonus.
