| Responsibilities: - Manage and perform the technical implementation of electronic trading solutions to customers via FIX protocol.
- Design, configure, test, and support the FIX interfaces between the clients and the Electronic Trading systems.
- Support the FIX onboarding with asset classes across Equities, Future, Options, and FX.
- Support the onboarding function and provide solutions to systems and applications when issues arise.
- Interact with the clients, account manager, traders to develop technology and business solutions that enable clients to connect and trade electronically.
- Work with development teams and translate the client requests into functional requirement specifications.
- Provide 2nd level support.
Requirements: - At least 2 years experience of technical support experience in a financial environment.
- Experience with FIX protocol is preferred
- Networking experience and knowledge in TCP/IP.
- Experience in Linux/Unix Commands and SQL Language. Perl and Shell Scripts is a great plus.
- Excellent Communications skills in English.
- Understanding the financial trading markets including Equities, Derivatives, and FX is a great plus.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Good troubleshooting skills. Resolve problems in a proactive manner.
